The Nylon-Sheave Lifting Pulley features an MC nylon sheave paired with metal or aluminum alloy side plates, offering a lightweight design and smooth rotation. Its primary advantage lies in preventing damage to steel wire ropes, thereby significantly extending the service life of the ropes. It is wear-resistant, self-lubricating, and corrosion-resistant, requiring no frequent oiling or maintenance. With rated load capacities ranging from 10 to 100 kN, it accommodates various rope diameters and is available in single-, double-, or triple-sheave configurations, as well as hook-type and ring-type models. Widely utilized in power line stringing, equipment hoisting, and tower erection operations—and particularly well-suited for high-altitude and precision tasks—this pulley offers a safe, reliable, portable, and highly efficient solution.
